Some of the 2008 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo performers have been announced early! This is unusual, they don’t usually release this information until much closer to the event.
- Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, is the hottest celebrity of the bunch. Cyrus will perform on Sunday, March 9 as part of her Best of Both Worlds Tour, which features Cyrus singing as herself and the Hannah Montana character from the popular Disney TV series.

The remaining entertainer line-up for the 20-day event at Reliant Stadium will be announced Jan. 7, and tickets go on sale Jan. 12. The rodeo will run March 3 through March 22.
